We are very excited about the upcoming climate assembly.  All 9th and 10th grade students will get to hear a dynamic, science filled presentation fro the Alliance for Climate Education. For more information go to: http://www.acespace.org/  The assembly was generously sponsored by the Benicia High School PTSA. 

2013 was a great year for the academy.  Some of our accomplishments and highlights:

• ECH2O Fair - seniors shared their projects with the 9th and 10th graders
• Installation of another PTSA sponsored water filling station
• First group of seniors completed their internships, graduated, and 100% went on to attend a 4 year or community college in the fall!!!
• Academy students built the "log cabin" in the garden
• Monterey Bay Aquarium Field Trip
• UC Berkeley College Tour
• UC Davis College Tour
• Sulpher Spring BioMonitoring Field Research
• Lake Heron Ropes Course
• Academy Business Office was officially created with brand new computers for the students
